You already plan on remedying this, but it might be wiser to prepare them for what you plan to ask before actually doing so. Dedicating the majority of your time this year simply to being with them again will greatly strengthen the foundation for the work to come. It will also give you a perfect reason to travel widely across the intertwined organisations.
